Two-way, or repliable, messaging is the perfect solution for businesses wanting to have two-way communications with their customers.
Our systems are able to both send SMS messages and receive replies to outgoing messages. When we talk about two-way, or repliable, messaging, we simply mean that your customers can reply directly to the SMS messages you send them.
Two-way messaging is used by businesses around the world to engage with their customers. These businesses want feedback from their customers, or message recipients, based on the content they are sending. Why? Because the responses or replies come straight into their BulkSMS account and are incredibly relevant to the short and important messages being sent.
Here’s a great example of how one of our clients, HD Chauffeur Rides, depends on the incoming replies to streamline their business processes.
To find out more about how two-way SMS messaging can work for you, email us at sales@bulksms.com.
Note: Not all mobile networks we use offer repliable messaging. We recommend that you test whether or not replies are possible on the mobile networks you are sending to – if you can’t get replies, please let us know and we will investigate. In some cases, replies may use another country’s mobile network, which means that the cost of the reply might be higher than the cost of a normal text message. In this case, your customer may pay more to reply to your message than they normally would when replying to a local message.
